Theatre Comedie
Our theater of culinary extravaganza and everyday vaudeville.
The worst thing is when you don’t know what's funniest to you
two bilbokes, one clepsydra, jabot, spirograph or blotter
Step into a whimsical world where the theater of life unfolds in a spectacle of culinary delights
and everyday vaudeville. Theatre Comedie challenges the boundaries between performance
and absurdity, asking the viewer to question what truly makes us laugh. A poetic reflection on
the art of the stage, the work delves into the unpredictability of humor and the bizarre objects
that make it all the more intriguing—a bilboke, clepsydra, jabot, spirograph, and blotter, each
an oddity that composes the chaotic elegance of existence. This piece invites collectors to
explore the essence of performance through surreal abstraction and meticulous craftsmanship.

The prints, on the basis of which the fabric for the collection is created, are independent author's works with a pronounced fantastic plot.
